Ainsworth CEO faces license withdrawal recommendation from Nevada gaming board

Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (Ainsworth) announced on October 9, 2025, that its chief executive, Harald Neumann, received a recommendation to withdraw his application for licensure following a meeting with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB). The application was referred back to NGCB staff.

Ainsworth's chairman, Danny Gladstone, stated that the board is conducting a review of Neumann's role in light of the NGCB's meeting outcome. Further details are expected to be released to the market once this review is finalized.

This announcement follows the ongoing requirement for all executive officers of the company to pursue licensure.
