State Street becomes substantial holder in Breville Group

State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries became a substantial holder in Breville Group Limited on October 3, 2025, acquiring a 5.07% voting power through 7,348,797 ordinary shares.

The relevant interest is managed by various State Street entities, including State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited, State Street Bank and Trust Company, and State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited, among others. These entities exercise control over voting rights and/or the disposal of securities as investment managers or trustees.

The acquisitions involve both cash transactions and securities lending arrangements, with numerous trades occurring between June and October 2025. State Street Bank and Trust Company acts as both a lender and borrower of securities, maintaining relevant interests through both lending agreements and collateral pledges.
