UniSuper lifts stake in GPT Group to 15.49%

UniSuper Limited has increased its interests in GPT Group, with the most recent change occurring on October 1, 2025, following a previous notice on September 25, 2024. The total voting power of UniSuper in GPT Group has risen from 14.30% to 15.49%, an increase in voting shares from 274,007,642 to 296,780,270.

The change in UniSuper's relevant interest involved numerous transactions, predominantly on-market purchases, between September 20, 2024, and October 1, 2025. Notable acquisitions include an on-market purchase on June 24, 2025, for AUD 66,483,045, representing 15,923,720 Fully Paid Ordinary/units Stapled Securities. There were also notable off-market purchase activities, such as AUD 14,520,508 on July 29, 2025, for 3,000,105 securities.

As of October 1, 2025, UniSuper's present relevant interest includes 294,035,148 Fully Paid Ordinary/units Stapled Securities held directly via BNP Paribas Nominees Pty Limited. Additionally, UniSuper Ltd holds indirect interests through RQI Australian Long/Short Fund and Ten Cap Australian Long/Short Fund, accounting for 1,392,163 and 1,352,959 securities respectively.
