State Street ceases to be substantial holder in Breville Group

State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries have ceased to be a substantial holder in Breville Group Limited as of September 25, 2025. The last notice provided to Breville Group was on September 17, 2025, with the previous notice dated September 15, 2025. Various changes in relevant interests, including transfers and collateral adjustments, occurred between September 16, 2025, and September 25, 2025. These transactions involved entities such as State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited, SSGA Funds Management, Inc., and State Street Bank and Trust Company, with consideration given in AUD for transfers.

Concurrently, Breville Group Limited reported a cessation of 24,357 performance rights due to unmet or incapable conditions, effective September 30, 2025. No consideration was paid by the entity for this cessation. Following this, the total number of quoted ordinary fully paid shares remains at 144,834,480.
