State Street acquires substantial stake in G8 Education

State Street Corporation and its associated entities acquired a substantial holding in G8 Education Limited on October 2, 2025. This acquisition grants them a relevant interest in 38,746,111 ordinary shares, representing 5.02% of the company's total voting power.
