Reliance Worldwide updates equity security changes and cessations

Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited (RWC) announced changes to its unquoted equity securities, effective October 6, 2025. The company issued 44,044 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX: RWC) resulting from the conversion of performance rights that vested between September 1 and September 30, 2025. This conversion increases the total number of quoted ordinary shares to 773,539,330, while unquoted performance rights now stand at 11,694,002.
