Murray Cod Australia completes $17m share placement

Murray Cod Australia Limited (MCA) announced on October 2, 2025, the quotation of 17,894,737 new fully paid ordinary shares on the ASX. These shares were issued as part of a private placement to sophisticated and professional investors, previously announced on September 26, 2025. The issue price for the new shares was AUD 0.95, generating over AUD 17 million in cash consideration.

Following this placement, the total number of quoted ordinary fully paid shares for Murray Cod Australia Limited now stands at 123,882,296. The company confirmed that the shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and it has complied with relevant sections of the Act, including Chapter 2M and sections 674 and 674A.

The company also reaffirmed that there is no other information deemed "excluded information" under sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act. Wendy Dillon, company secretary, approved the announcement on behalf of the board.
