Director Tony Pitt boosts stake in 360 Capital Group

Tony Pitt and Teresa Gallagher, directors and beneficiaries of several entities including TT Investments Pty Limited and Pentagon Capital Pty Limited, have increased their substantial holding in 360 Capital Group. Their collective voting power rose from 64.33% to 65.54%, now representing 129,030,281 ordinary units. This change occurred through acquisitions made by TT Investments Pty Limited as trustee for TT Investment Trust.

The acquisitions, primarily via on-market trades, took place between September 29 and October 3, 2025. These included a significant acquisition of 7,217,730 fully paid ordinary stapled securities by TT Investments Pty Limited at a value of $0.3100 per security. These transactions reflect a change in director's relevant interest for Tony Pitt.

The total number of securities held by Tony Pitt through his indirect interests now stands at 129,030,281 fully paid ordinary stapled securities and 1,500,000 2024 LTI Rights, following the acquisition of 7,217,730 additional shares.
