Wilson Asset Management Group, through its various entities including WAM Microcap Limited, ceased to be a substantial holder in Embark Early Education Limited (ASX: EVO) as of September 30, 2025. The group's previous substantial holding notice was dated July 17, 2024.

The cessation follows a series of transactions by WAM Microcap Limited, detailed from July 18, 2024, to September 30, 2025. Significant sales included 1,400,000 ordinary shares for A$1,118,152.00 on October 18, 2024, and a final sale of 10,947,208 ordinary shares for A$6,666,778.51 on September 30, 2025.

Purchases were also noted, such as 2,220,395 ordinary shares acquired for A$1,687,500.20 on October 22, 2024. These movements ultimately led to the group’s departure as a substantial holder in Embark Early Education Limited.
