State Street ceases substantial holding in G8 Education

State Street Corporation and its associated entities, including State Street Bank and Trust Company and State Street Global Advisors, ceased to be a substantial holder in G8 Education Limited (ACN 123 828 553) on September 30, 2025. This follows a previous notification on September 23, 2025, with the dated notice being September 19, 2025.

The changes in relevant interests included various transfers in and out, and lend transactions for stock lend. Notably, on September 30, 2025, State Street Global Advisors Trust Company reported a "Transfer out" of -45,930 ordinary shares, and State Street Bank and Trust Company reported "Lend - for stock lend" transactions of -95,331 and -119,526 ordinary shares.

Other significant movements included State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited, which showed both "Transfer in" and "Transfer out" activities across late September. State Street Bank and Trust Company also engaged in various "Lend - for stock lend" transactions, both increasing and decreasing its exposure during the period.
