KKR entities become substantial holder in Healius

Comet Asia Holdings II Pte. Ltd., Comet Asia Holdings I Pte. Ltd., KKR Asia III Fund Investments Pte. Ltd., and KKR Asian Fund III L.P., collectively known as the KKR Entities, became a substantial holder in Healius Ltd. on September 29, 2025. Their aggregate relevant interest in the company’s fully paid ordinary shares totals 37,291,695 votes, representing a 5.14% voting power.

The relevant interest is held pursuant to section 608(3) of the Corporations Act. The registered holder of these securities, according to a Form 603 lodged by Superannuation and Investments HoldCo Pty Ltd on October 1, 2025, is Healius Ltd.

The addresses for the KKR entities are primarily located in Singapore, with KKR Asian Fund III L.P. based in New York. Pandey Hemant Kumar, an authorised signatory, signed the notice on October 1, 2025.
