Scentre group appoints Julie Ann Coates as director

Scentre Group, encompassing Scentre Group Limited and its associated trusts, has formally disclosed the appointment of Julie Ann Coates as a new director. The appointment became effective on October 1, 2025, and was released in accordance with ASX listing rule 3.19A.1.

As per the initial director's interest notice, Julie Ann Coates does not hold any direct relevant interests in Scentre Group securities as of her appointment date, with her registered holdings stated as "nil."

Furthermore, the notice confirms that Coates has no relevant interests in securities where she is not the registered holder, nor does she have any interests in contracts related to Scentre Group that would require disclosure under Part 3 of the Appendix 3X form.
