Genesis Energy sets dividend reinvestment plan strike price at NZ$2.2929

Genesis Energy has announced the strike price for shares issued under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the 2025 Final Dividend is NZ$2.2929 per share. This price allows shareholders to receive new shares instead of a cash dividend.

The strike price was determined based on the volume-weighted average sale price of Genesis Energy shares traded on the NZX Main Board over five business days, commencing on 24 September 2025, with a 2.5% discount applied.

Shareholders who have opted into the DRP will receive their shares in lieu of cash for the dividend payable on 10 October 2025. These newly issued shares will hold the same rank as existing shares from their issue date.
