Paladin directors adjust shareholdings

Paladin Energy Ltd has announced changes in the shareholdings of two directors. Peter Watson, a director, disposed of 66,000 ordinary shares from his indirect interest held through DOC & LIN HOLDINGS PTY LTD <ATF DOC & LIN SUPER FUND> on 24 September 2025. This was an on-market trade valued at $8.3555 per share, reducing his indirect holding from 100,000 to 34,000 ordinary shares. His last notice was dated 19 April 2024.

Separately, Michele Buchignani, another director, acquired 7,000 ordinary shares on 24 September 2025 through an indirect interest held by MCLEAN DRIVE CONSULTING LTD. This on-market trade on TSX, valued at CAD$7.70307 per share, established her holding at 7,000 ordinary shares from a previous nil balance. Buchignani's last notice was dated 30 June 2025.
