L1 Capital Pty Ltd and L1 Capital Strategic Equity Management Pty Ltd have increased their substantial holding in Aurizon Holdings Limited from 9.08% to 10.42% of the total voting power. The change occurred on September 26, 2025, with the previous notice given on September 2, 2025. This increase represents a total of 182,432,013 votes, up from 158,865,197 previously.
