Hub24 converts performance rights to shares, impacts total securities

Hub24 Limited has completed the conversion of 35,507 unquoted performance rights into ordinary fully paid shares, according to an announcement dated September 30, 2025. This action, involving the exercise of performance rights issued under an employee incentive scheme, resulted in a transfer of existing securities rather than a new issue. The conversions took place between September 24 and September 25, 2025.

Two key management personnel (KMP) or their associates participated in this conversion. Paul Biggs converted 12,939 performance rights, and Kitrina Shanahan converted 22,568 performance rights. Both individuals received ordinary fully paid shares. The underlying securities for these conversions were existing shares already quoted on the ASX.

Following these conversions, Hub24 Limited's total number of quoted ordinary fully paid shares now stands at 81,712,820. The company's unquoted securities now comprise 1,127,271 performance rights and 37,887 options expiring on various dates at various prices.
