Emerald Resources sets annual general meeting for late November

Emerald Resources NL (ASX: EMR) has announced its annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 28 November 2025, at 11:00am (WST). Further details, including the notice of meeting, will be distributed to shareholders and made available on the company's website.

Shareholders wishing to nominate for election as a director must submit their nominations in writing by Thursday, 16 October 2025, no later than 5:00pm (WST), to the company's registered office. This announcement was authorized by morgan hart, managing director.

Emerald Resources NL has a market capitalization of ~A$3.3 billion, with 659,940,251 shares on issue.
