Contact Energy directors and senior manager boost holdings through DRP

Five Contact Energy Limited directors and one senior manager participated in the company's dividend reinvestment plan, resulting in increased holdings of ordinary shares. The transactions, dated September 24, 2025, reflect a consideration of NZ$8.7241 per share.

Dorian Kevin Thomas Devers, chief renewable growth officer, acquired 1,328 shares, raising his total to 62,997 ordinary shares (plus 377 under an employee share ownership plan). Independent directors Sandra Dodds, Robert Stuart McDonald, and Jonathan Keith Macdonald acquired 518, 777, and 581 shares, respectively. Their holdings now stand at 21,515, 36,820, and 27,541 ordinary shares.

Independent director David Smol added 509 shares, bringing his total to 24,045 ordinary shares, while independent director Rukumoana Schaafhausen acquired 29 shares, increasing her stake to 1,377 ordinary shares. Elena Josephine Trout, a former independent director, also acquired 534 shares on March 18, 2025, bringing her total to 25,294 ordinary shares. None of these acquisitions occurred during a closed period.
