AFIC shareholders approve all resolutions at 2025 AGM

Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited (AFIC) shareholders have overwhelmingly approved all resolutions presented at the company's Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025. The results, decided by way of a poll, indicate strong shareholder support for the company's proposals.

The adoption of the remuneration report was carried with 94.63% of total votes cast for the resolution, totaling 73,120,213 votes. Against the resolution, 4,145,752 votes were cast, representing 5.37%. Similarly, the re-election of director Ms. Rebecca Dee-Bradbury passed with significant backing, garnering 78,049,466 votes for (97.97%) and 1,617,557 votes against (2.03%).

The company's secretary, Matthew Rowe, confirmed the successful outcome of the meeting and authorized the release of the results. This announcement reaffirms the current board and management's direction following the 2025 AGM.
