XRF Scientific confirms dividend reinvestment plan price

XRF Scientific Limited announced an update to its ordinary dividend distribution for the financial reporting period ending June 30, 2025. The company will pay an ordinary dividend of AUD 0.045 per security, fully franked at 100% with an applicable corporate tax rate for franking credit of 30%. The record date for the dividend is September 12, 2025, with an ex-date of September 11, 2025 and a payment date of September 26, 2025.

The update confirms the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) price at AUD 2.10, following a 2.5% discount. The DRP calculation period ran from September 17 to September 23, 2025. DRP securities, which will be new issues, are expected to be issued on September 26, 2025 and will rank pari passu from their issue date.

Participation in the DRP is available to shareholders with an address in Australia or New Zealand on the relevant record date. A total of 661,397 additional ordinary fully paid securities will be quoted, increasing the total securities on issue to 142,992,366.
