Canyon Resources details funding and upcoming annual general meeting

Canyon Resources Limited (ASX:CAY) is set to host an investor conference call on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, at 9:30am AWST (11:30am AEST). The call will provide shareholders and stakeholders with details on the recently announced A$215 million strategic funding package. Chief executive Peter Secker will discuss the allocation of funds to support the Minim Martap bauxite project, aiming for production commencement in early 2026 and first shipment in 1H 2026.

In a related announcement, Canyon Resources confirmed its 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on or around Tuesday, 25 November 2025. Shareholders will receive a separate notice of meeting with full agenda details, which will also be available on the company's website and ASX.

An election of directors will be an item of business at the AGM. The closing date for nominations from individuals seeking election as a director is 7 October 2025, with submissions due by 5:00pm (WST) at the company's registered office.
