AustralianSuper has increased its substantial holding in Medibank Private Limited, with its voting power rising from 7.78% to 8.85%. This change, effective September 24, 2025, reflects an acquisition of 29,497,424 additional votes, bringing AustralianSuper's total votes to 243,641,862. The previous notice of substantial holding was dated June 18, 2025.

The increase in ownership was primarily driven by numerous "BUY" transactions executed by JPMorgan Nominees Australia Ltd on behalf of AustralianSuper. These transactions occurred between June 20, 2025, and September 24, 2025, at various prices per share. Notable acquisitions included 7,579,321 shares on June 20, 2025, and 2,741,604 shares on July 22, 2025, alongside multiple other purchases exceeding one million shares.
