First Sentier Group exits as substantial holder in Imdex

First Sentier Group Limited and its related bodies corporate or associates ceased to be a substantial holder in Imdex Ltd on September 22, 2025. This follows previous notices given on August 21, 2025, and dated August 18, 2025.

The cessation involved numerous sale transactions of fully paid ordinary shares by First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd throughout late August and early September 2025. Notable sales included 187,032 shares for AUD 557,710.72 on September 1, 2025; 117,696 shares for AUD 350,957.70 on the same date; and 329,384 shares for AUD 984,166.45 on September 8, 2025.

Further significant transactions include the sale of 523,972 shares for AUD 1,655,070.36 on September 11, 2025, and 162,430 shares for AUD 513,067.64 also on September 11, 2025. The final recorded sale was 56,359 shares for AUD 189,760.75 on September 19, 2025, contributing to First Sentier Group's exit as a substantial holder.
