Topco completes share scheme, announces shareholder briefings

Topco has completed the allotment of SOL Share Scheme Consideration and BKW Share Scheme Consideration, effective September 22, 2025. Soul Patts shareholders received 1 Topco share for each Soul Patts share, while Brickworks shareholders received 0.82 Topco shares for each Brickworks share, based on a September 17, 2025 record date. This issuance, alongside 34,333,783 Topco shares for equity raising, results in Topco's issued capital reaching 433,748,697 shares.

The top 20 holders now control 52.19% of Topco's fully paid ordinary shares, with Washington H Soul Pattinson Company Limited holding the largest stake at 12.41%.

Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited will host shareholder briefings in Sydney (October 7), Melbourne (October 8), Adelaide (October 9), and Brisbane (December 3). These events will be led by chairman Robert Millner AO to provide insights into the company's strategy, portfolio, and future opportunities.
