Supply Network Limited reports strong FY2025 results, announces board and auditor changes

Supply Network Limited reported a strong financial year for 2025, with sales revenue reaching A$348.8m and net profit after tax at A$40.0m. Earnings per share increased to 92.95 cents, with total dividends for the year declared at 70.0 cents per share. The company expanded its distribution capacity with new branches in Wangara, Western Australia, and a parts outlet in Karratha, Western Australia, in April and June 2025. An extension to its Truganina, Victoria facility commenced distribution in July 2025 to support future revenue growth.

The board announced the appointment of Karen L Phin as an independent non-executive director, effective September 22, 2025. Ms. Phin will also serve on the audit and risk and remuneration committees. Shareholders will vote on her election at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on October 24, 2025.

Additionally, a change in auditor is proposed, with BDO Audit Pty Ltd nominated to replace HLB Mann Judd, pending ASIC consent and shareholder approval at the AGM. The board unanimously recommends voting in favor of all resolutions, including the adoption of the remuneration report and the re-election of Mr. Peter W McKenzie as a director.
