NAOS reduces substantial holding in Cog Financial Services

NAOS Asset Management Limited and its related parties (NAOS Substantial Holders) have notified a change in their substantial holding in Cog Financial Services Limited. The change, effective September 18, 2025, sees their voting power decrease from 9.09% to 7.72%.

Previously, the NAOS Substantial Holders controlled 18,351,798 votes. Following the change, their total votes in Cog Financial Services Limited now stand at 15,582,608. This reduction involved an on-market transaction with a consideration of A$5,396,936.15, affecting 2,769,190 ordinary shares.

The NAOS Substantial Holders include NAOS Asset Management Limited, NAOS Emerging Opportunities Company Limited, NAOS Small Cap Opportunities Company Limited, and NAOS Ex-50 Opportunities Company Limited. Their present relevant interests are held through JP Morgan Nominees Australia Limited, with NAOS acting as investment manager for the various NAOS entities.
