Macmahon subsidiary Decmil secures new A$86m civil contract

Macmahon Holdings Limited announced today that its subsidiary, Decmil, has been awarded an A$86 million civil contract for the Yan Yean Road – Northern Package project in Victoria by Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV). This project, the fifth awarded to Decmil by MRPV, involves replacing a roundabout with a signalised intersection and widening Yan Yean and Bridge Inn Road. Work is set to commence immediately and conclude in 2027, contributing to Macmahon's strong order book for FY26 and FY27.

Concurrently, an Appendix 3Y notice details changes in director Michael John Finnegan's interests. This includes the acquisition of 3,791,667 performance rights under the Senior Manager Long Term Incentive Plan Rules for the FY26 Grant. No securities were traded during a closed period.

Following this change, Mr. Finnegan's holdings include 134,511 fully paid ordinary shares directly and 12,122,817 shares held by the Macmahon Holdings Limited Employee Share Ownership Plans Trust. His spouse holds 300,000 shares, and his performance rights now total 6,962,962 (FY24 Grant), 3,668,763 (FY25 Grant), and 3,791,667 (FY26 Grant).
