Gold Road Resources to exit S&P/ASX 200 index

S&P Dow Jones Indices announced on September 22, 2025, that Gold Road Resources Limited will be removed from the S&P/ASX 200 Index. This change is contingent upon the scheme meeting and final court approval, as the company is set to be acquired by Gold Fields Limited.

The removal of Gold Road Resources Limited will be effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, September 29, 2025. Concurrently, Catapult Sports Limited will replace Gold Road Resources Limited in the S&P/ASX 200, also effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, September 29, 2025.
