Anacacia parties reduce stake in Big River Industries

Anacacia Parties, including Anacacia Pty Limited and its associated funds, have reduced their substantial holding in Big River Industries Ltd. The change was reported on September 19, 2025, with the previous notice dated September 16, 2025.

The total voting power held by Anacacia Parties decreased from 31.6% to 29.3%. This reduction translates to a change in the number of votes from 26,974,949 to 25,026,657 ordinary shares.

The decrease stemmed from an on-market sale by Anacacia Pty Ltd ATF Wattle Fund, involving 1,948,292 ordinary fully paid shares at a consideration of $1.42 per share. Other Anacacia Parties also saw a corresponding change in their relevant interest due to this transaction.
