Adairs announces DRP price for 2025 final dividend

Adairs Limited (ASX:ADH) has announced an update to its ordinary dividend distribution, confirming the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) price. The DRP price for the 2025 final dividend has been set at AUD 2.64000 per share. This was calculated as the volume-weighted average market price over a five-day trading period, less a 1.5 per cent discount. A total of 594,991 new ordinary shares will be issued under the DRP.

The fully franked ordinary dividend amount remains AUD 0.04000000 per security. The record date for the dividend is September 11, 2025, with an ex-date of September 10, 2025. The payment date for the dividend and the issue date for DRP securities is scheduled for October 7, 2025.

Shareholders wishing to participate in the DRP must lodge their election notices by 5:00 PM on September 12, 2025. The DRP calculation period ran from September 15, 2025, to September 19, 2025.
