Pinnacle to quote new securities under dividend plan

Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited (ASX:PNI) is set to quote 148,512 new ordinary fully paid securities on the ASX, with an issue date of September 19, 2025. These securities are being issued under a dividend or distribution plan, for a cash consideration of AUD 18.70600000 per security. The new shares will rank equally in all respects with the existing issued securities of the same class from their issue date.

This move follows an Appendix 3A.1 lodged with the ASX on August 5, 2025. The application confirms that the issue falls under Listing Rule 7.2 exception 4, negating the need for security holder approval and imposing no limit on participation.

Following the quotation, Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited's total quoted ordinary fully paid securities on issue will increase to 226,968,248. The company also has various unquoted options with different expiry dates and exercise prices.
