Mercury shareholders re-elect directors, elect two new board members

Mercury NZ Limited's Annual Shareholders' Meeting on September 19, 2025, saw the re-election of existing directors Susan Peterson and Scott St John. Also elected were new directors Rob Hamilton and Rachel Taulelei. All resolutions were supported by the board.

Susan Peterson's re-election received 1.027 billion "For" votes (98.85%), while Scott St John's re-election secured 1.027 billion "For" votes (98.73%). The election of Rob Hamilton garnered 1.031 billion "For" votes (99.14%). Rachel Taulelei's election received the highest support with 1.040 billion "For" votes (99.95%).
