Praemium appoints Emma Stepcic as new CFO

Praemium Limited has announced the appointment of Emma Stepcic as its new chief financial officer, effective October 1, 2025. Ms. Stepcic is a certified practising accountant and a member of CPA Australia. She brings extensive experience from senior financial leadership roles at ASX-listed companies, including Atlas Arteria and Envirosuite Ltd, where she most recently served as CFO. Her international finance background includes roles at Schlumberger and Deloitte.

The current interim CFO, Simon Moore, will depart Praemium on Friday, September 19, upon the completion of his contract. Praemium CEO Anthony Wamsteker expressed his delight at Ms. Stepcic joining the executive leadership team, highlighting her experience and capability as a valuable asset to the company's culture, strategy, and execution. He also extended gratitude to Mr. Moore for his contributions to the finance function during his tenure.
