MFF Capital Investments lifts final dividend after profit growth

MFF Capital Investments Limited declared a fully franked final dividend of AUD 9.0 cents per share for the year ended June 30, 2025, an increase from AUD 7.0 cents in 2024. This brings the total declared dividends for 2025 to AUD 17.0 cents per share. The company reported a pre-tax profit of AUD 615.57m and a net profit after income tax of AUD 431.97m for the year, with basic earnings per share at 74.23 cents. The final dividend is expected to be paid on October 31, 2025.

The company's net tangible assets (NTA) stood at AUD 5.015 pre-tax and AUD 4.149 post-tax per share as of June 30, 2025, reflecting growth from the previous year. During fiscal 2025, MFF completed the acquisitions of Montaka Global and Montaka Global Investments, which contributed AUD 7.64m in revenue and AUD 479,000 in net profit to the Group since February 3, 2025. The overall investment portfolio reached a value of USD 2,740,933 as of June 30, 2025.
