Greencape Capital boosts stake in Cleanaway Waste Management

Greencape Capital Pty Ltd has increased its substantial holding in Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (CWY), with its voting power rising from 5.16% to 6.18%. This change, effective on September 16, 2025, reflects an acquisition of additional voting shares. The total number of votes Greencape Capital Pty Ltd now holds is 138,000,954, up from 115,020,396 previously.

The increase stems from various on-market buy transactions and off-market transfers, as detailed in Annexure 1. For instance, Greencape Capital Pty Ltd executed numerous buy orders across August and September 2025. Significant acquisitions include 1,318,807 securities on September 2, 2025, and 1,260,441 securities on April 4, 2025.

Conversely, Greencape Capital Pty Ltd also recorded several sell transactions during the period, including a transfer of 1,674,938 securities on August 4, 2025, and 3,416,196 securities on August 21, 2025. Despite these sales, the net effect of the trading activity between February 25, 2025, and September 16, 2025, was an increase in Greencape Capital Pty Ltd's overall voting interest in Cleanaway Waste Management Limited.
