Suncorp announces capital notes distributions for December 2025

Suncorp Group Limited announced ordinary quarterly distributions for its SUNPH, SUNPI, and SUNPJ Capital Notes, all with a payment date of 17 December 2025.

For SUNPH Capital Notes, a distribution of AUD 1.14440000 per security will be paid. The distribution rate of 4.5903%pa was calculated using a 90-day Bank Bill Rate of 3.5575%pa and a margin of 3.0000%.

SUNPI Capital Notes will receive a distribution of AUD 1.12700000 per security. This rate reflects a distribution rate of 4.5203%pa, derived from a 90-day Bank Bill Rate of 3.5575%pa and a margin of 2.9000%. Both SUNPH and SUNPI distributions are fully franked.

Additionally, SUNPJ Capital Notes are set to receive a distribution of AUD 1.10950000 per security. The distribution rate of 4.4503%pa for SUNPJ was determined using a 3-month Bank Bill Rate of 3.5575%pa and a margin of 2.8000%. All distributions are fully franked, with a record date of 3 December 2025 and an ex-date of 2 December 2025.
