NAB declares capital notes distributions, payable December 2025

National Australia Bank Limited has declared ordinary distributions for four series of its Capital Notes, all payable on December 17, 2025, with an ex-date of December 4, 2025, and a record date of December 5, 2025. The distributions relate to the period ending December 16, 2025, covering one quarter. All distributions are fully franked at 100% with a corporate tax rate of 30.0000%.

For NAB Capital Notes 3, the distribution amount is AUD 1.3189, calculated with a distribution rate of 5.2903% per annum. NAB Capital Notes 5 will receive AUD 1.2317, based on a 4.9403% per annum distribution rate. NAB Capital Notes 6 will see a distribution of AUD 1.1706, reflecting a 4.6953% per annum rate. Lastly, NAB Capital Notes 7 will distribute AUD 1.1095, at a distribution rate of 4.4503% per annum.

Each distribution rate is derived from a 3-month Bank Bill Rate of 3.5575% per annum as of September 17, 2025, plus a fixed margin unique to each series, multiplied by 0.70 (1 minus the tax rate). The margins are 4.0000% for NABPF, 3.5000% for NABPH, 3.1500% for NABPI, and 2.8000% for NABPJ. All calculations are based on a 91-day distribution period.
