HUB24 reduces holding in Staude Capital Global Value Fund

HUB24 Limited, along with its subsidiaries Investment Administration Services Pty Ltd and Xplore Wealth Pty Ltd, reported a change in their substantial holding in Staude Capital Global Value Fund Ltd (GVF). The change occurred on September 15, 2025, with HUB24 becoming aware on September 17, 2025. This follows a previous notice given on May 16, 2023.

The total voting power held by HUB24 and its associates decreased from 7.49% to 6.48%. This reduction reflects a change in relevant interests, with the number of votes held decreasing from 13,090,150 to 13,056,761 ordinary shares. The nature of this change is described as a "decrease in relevant interest in shares."

The relevant interests are held through BNP Paribas Securities Services and JP Morgan, acting as sub-custodians for various HUB24 and IAS accounts. HUB24's interest arises from its subsidiary HUB24 Custodial Services Ltd's role as investment manager, as well as through Managed Discretionary Account services for IAS clients and the Xplore Managed Account.
