Pilbara Minerals quotes new shares, updates unquoted securities

Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX:PLS) announced the quotation of 65,120 new ordinary fully paid shares on September 16, 2025. These securities were issued following the exercise and conversion of performance rights under the company's Award Plan, approved by shareholders on November 23, 2023. The new shares were issued on September 10, 2025 (22,502 shares) and September 12, 2025 (42,618 shares) with no cash consideration. The new shares will rank equally with existing issued securities.
