Fisher & Paykel Healthcare senior leaders adjust holdings

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited (FPH) announced that several of its senior leaders adjusted their relevant interests in the company through various transactions dated between September 10 and September 15, 2025. These disclosures detail the exercise of options and performance share rights (PSRs), as well as the subsequent issue and, in some cases, sale of ordinary shares. All transactions were noted as beneficial interests.

Andrew Somervell, vice president - products & technology, saw his holdings shift from 124,441 options, 63,810 PSRs, and 110,351 ordinary shares to 85,423 options, 46,615 PSRs, and 146,624 ordinary shares. His transactions on September 10 included the exercise and cancellation of 39,018 options and the issue of 19,078 ordinary shares, alongside the exercise of 17,195 PSRs and the issue of 17,195 ordinary shares. The options were exercised at NZD 19.63 per ordinary share.

Andrew Niccol, chief operating officer, reported changes from 31,142 options, 21,690 PSRs, and 3,559 ordinary shares to 23,056 options, 18,126 PSRs, and 7,376 ordinary shares. His transactions included exercising 8,086 options and issuing 3,953 ordinary shares, exercising 3,564 PSRs and issuing 3,564 ordinary shares, and selling 3,700 ordinary shares for NZD 38.0978 each. Lewis Gradon, chief executive officer, also significantly altered his portfolio by exercising 128,771 options for 62,961 ordinary shares and 56,749 PSRs for 56,749 ordinary shares, leading to a decrease in his option and PSR holdings but an increase in ordinary shares. Gradon also sold 79,445 ordinary shares for NZD 38.0623 and 55,555 ordinary shares for NZD 37.6116. Lyndal York, chief financial officer, exercised 62,392 options for 30,507 ordinary shares and 27,496 PSRs for 27,496 ordinary shares.
