Orica reduces share count through on-market buy-back

Orica Limited has reported the cessation of 2,292,940 ordinary fully paid securities, effective September 12, 2025. This reduction in issued capital was a result of an on-market buy-back initiated by the company. The total consideration paid for these securities amounted to AUD 48,229,972.56.

Following this transaction, Orica's total number of ordinary fully paid securities quoted on the ASX now stands at 473,694,075. The announcement, dated September 15, 2025, details these changes, highlighting the company's capital management strategy.
