Mercury finalizes DRP price for September dividend payment

Mercury NZ Limited announced an update to its dividend distribution, confirming the price at which shares will be allotted under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) at NZD 6.6840. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2025. This update follows a previous announcement on 19 August 2025.

The total dividend/distribution payment is NZD 0.16941176 per security, comprising an ordinary dividend of NZD 0.14400000 and a supplementary dividend of NZD 0.02541176 for non-New Zealand resident shareholders. The ordinary dividend is unfranked, with a 100% unfranked percentage. The record date for the dividend was 4 September 2025, and the ex-date was 3 September 2025.

For the DRP, the price was calculated as the average of the daily volume weighted average sale price for a share over five trading days, commencing 8 September 2025, with a 2.0000% discount. DRP securities will be new issues, ranking pari passu from the issue date of 30 September 2025. The DRP is available to shareholders on the Mercury share register in New Zealand or Australia.
