Downer sets AGM date, key shareholder deadlines for 2025

Downer EDI Limited announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at 11:00 am (AEST). Further details regarding the AGM will be provided to shareholders in a separate notice of meeting.

Downer also released key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2025. The deadline to receive director nominations is 22 September 2025, with the final dividend scheduled to be paid on 2 October 2025. The notice of annual general meeting will be made available on 7 October 2025. These dates are subject to change, with any alterations to be communicated through the Australian Securities Exchange and New Zealand's Exchange.
