Tanarra Capital Australia Pty Ltd and its associated entities increased their substantial holding in Bapcor Limited from 9.25% to 10.53% as of September 9, 2025. This change resulted from multiple on-market acquisitions between September 4 and September 10, 2025, with total consideration exceeding A$15 million.
