Perenti expands quoted securities with new share issuance

Perenti Limited announced on Thursday, September 11, 2025, an application for the quotation of 11,660,246 new ordinary fully paid securities. These shares, with an issue price of AUD 2.39 each, were subscribed for by the Trustee of the Perenti Incentive Rights Plan Trust. They will be held by the Trustee for present and future participants under the Perenti Incentive Rights Plan, with allocation to participants upon vesting of rights.

This issuance is classified as additional securities in an existing class and is being carried out without security holder approval, utilizing the entity's 15% placement capacity under listing rule 7.1. The total number of quoted ordinary fully paid securities following this quotation will increase to 939,880,201.

Additionally, the company's unquoted rights remain at 34,494,406. Perenti has confirmed that the issuance complies with the secondary sale provisions under the Corporations Act.
