Bank of America no longer substantial holder in Cettire

Bank of America Corporation and its related bodies corporate officially ceased to be a substantial holder in Cettire Limited on September 8, 2025. The previous notice of substantial holding was provided to the company on June 25, 2025.

Throughout June, July, August, and early September 2025, various entities within the Bank of America group, including Merrill Lynch (Australia) Futures Limited, Merrill Lynch Markets (Australia) Pty. Limited, and Merrill Lynch International, engaged in numerous buy and sell transactions of Cettire Limited ordinary shares. These transactions involved considerable volumes, with individual buy orders reaching as high as AUD 128,353.67 and sell orders up to AUD 127,737.62.

The cessation of substantial holding is also linked to the return of securities under several International Prime Brokerage Agreements and Securities Lending Agreements. Entities such as BofA Securities Europe SA, Ssw-Trading Gmbh, Merrill Lynch International, Regal Funds Management Pty Limited, and CITIBANK N.A. were party to these agreements.
