Ariadne Australia boosts stake in Webjet group to over 17%

Ariadne Australia Limited, through Portfolio Services Pty Ltd and in conjunction with Gary Hilton Weiss, has increased its substantial holding in Webjet Group Limited. The group's voting power in Webjet has risen from 14.93% to 17.10%, based on 392,530,357 shares on issue, representing an acquisition of 8,530,447 additional shares.

The change in relevant interests occurred through a series of on-market and crossing purchases on the ASX by Oceania Equity Investments Pty Ltd, acting as trustee for Oceania Trust, between August 29, 2025, and September 9, 2025, pursuant to a Co-operation Agreement.

The relevant interests include 19,628,311 shares held by Portfolio Services as the registered holder, and 47,498,554 shares held by Oceania, with Ariadne and Weiss having relevant interests in both holdings.
