Steadfast Group issues 1.12m employee awards, boosting unquoted shares

Steadfast Group Limited (ASX:SDF) has announced the issue of 1,122,877 unquoted securities classified as "AWARDS" (ASX code: SDFAM) on August 29, 2025. These securities are issued under an employee incentive scheme and are not intended to be quoted on the ASX. Following this issuance, the total number of SDFAM awards on issue will increase to 4,985,881.

The company confirmed that these new securities will rank equally in all respects from their issue date with existing issued securities in that class. Samantha Hollman, a key management personnel (KMP), was among those issued awards, receiving 147,247 securities. The awards are conditional rights with shares released over three years, subject to meeting specific criteria. Notably, shares for these awards are purchased by the company on-market rather than being newly issued.

This issuance falls under an exception in Listing Rule 7.2, specifically exception 15, meaning it did not require security holder approval under Listing Rule 7.1. Steadfast Group's ordinary fully paid shares (ASX:SDF) will remain at 1,106,290,675 following this transaction.
