Caravel Minerals directors' listed option holdings expire

Alasdair Cooke, a director at Caravel Minerals Limited, experienced the expiry of 1,496,363 listed options exercisable at A$0.33, which lapsed on August 30, 2025. Prior to this change, Cooke held 19,775,967 ordinary shares and 928,182 listed options through Hartree Pty Ltd, and 11,660,304 ordinary shares and 568,181 listed options through Yaralla Holdings Pty Ltd, among other direct and indirect interests. After the expiry, his listed option holdings via Hartree Pty Ltd and Yaralla Holdings Pty Ltd were reduced to zero.

Wayne Trumble, another director, also saw the expiry of 22,727 listed options exercisable at A$0.33 on August 30, 2025. Before the change, Trumble held 465,454 ordinary shares and 22,727 listed options, in addition to 500,000 unlisted options. His listed options have now been fully extinguished. Similarly, Richard Monti's indirect interest through Greatcity Corporation Pty Ltd saw 68,182 listed options expire on the same date. Prior to the expiry, Monti's indirect interest included 2,436,364 ordinary shares and 68,182 listed options.

These changes indicate a collective reduction in the directors' exposure to listed options, as none of the expired options were acquired. All affected interests were held indirectly through various entities or directly, with no transactions occurring during a closed period.
