Northern Star Resources schedules 2025 annual general meeting

Northern Star Resources Ltd has scheduled its 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) for Tuesday, 18 November 2025, at 1:30 pm AWST. The meeting will be conducted as a hybrid event, allowing for both in-person and virtual participation. Further details regarding access and participation for shareholders will be released alongside the notice of annual general meeting.

Shareholders wishing to submit nominations for election as a director at the AGM must do so in writing by 1:30 pm AWST on Tuesday, 16 September 2025. This deadline is in accordance with NST's constitution. Nominations can be submitted in person to Level 4, 500 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008, by mail to PO Box 2008, Subiaco WA 6904, or by fax to +61 8 6188 2111.
